DO YOU ACCEPT APPOINTMENTS?
During peak season we are an extremely busy store by having and appointment you can cut the line and get service much quicker than doing a walk-in. We never turn away a walk in but those with appointments will get priority service. All appointments must be booked online using our tool here.
ARE YOUR SUITS FOR RENT OR PURCHASE?
We only sell suits for purchase. With us your wedding party members get a great-fitting, great-looking suit or tuxedo that you and your groomsmen can have properly tailored and wear for years to come, for the same or less than the cost of rental.
WHAT ABOUT SHIRTS, TIES, & POCKET SQUARES?
Our wedding have all of these included. We have selected shirts that are perfect for wedding parties. Have a specific tie color or style in mind? We can often special order ties in to match the style you have in mind.
WHAT IF I DON’T SEE WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR?
Send us an email with a description and photos and we can see what we options we may have available.
CAN THE GROOM GET A DIFFERENT STYLE SUIT OR TUXEDO THAN THE REST OF THE GROUP AND STILL QUALIFY FOR THE SPECIAL?
Absolutely. We can help the groom stand out from his groomsmen, whether that’s a different suit, shirt, tie, or vest.
WHEN’S THE BEST TIME TO START?
Sooner is better, but ideally we recommend getting started about six months before the wedding. This guards against backorders and leaves time for exchanges and tailoring without adding last minute stress. But if you’re up against the clock, no problem, connect with us and we can most likely help!
CAN I PAY FOR A PORTION OF MY GROOMSMEN’S GEAR?
If you’re trying to hit a certain price point for your groomsmen and would like to cover a portion of the purchase, no problem.
WHAT IF SOMETHING DOESN’T FIT?
Often alterations can get the fit just right and we can walk you through the process at our Maple Grove store. For those that live further away, get in touch to discuss which alterations are needed or to determine if you need a different size. We are here to be sure everyone looks great!
DO YOU HANDLE ALTERATIONS?
We have our own tailors that can help with alterations at a reasonable price. Those outside the area can get measurements a local suit store and send us their measurements or they can have their suits tailored in their hometown.
Why is it extra to order a different pair of pants?
Suits everywhere are typically Sold as a set with a drop 6 e.g. 42R jacket will come with 36 waist pant. However we have negotiated with our suit vendor to offer other size pants than they normally would come with in cases where its needed. The cost to do a pant swap is $20, but in these cases we are typically saving the person $50-100 in tailoring if they would be stuck with the size pant their coat size normally comes with. Changing the pant size is only available on select common colors, more unique colors will not have the option to change pant.
What is the difference between a suit and a tux?
A tux is formal wear specific and has particular features setting it apart from a suit. Satin lining on the collar and pocket opening, satin buttons and sometimes a satin stripe down the leg, adjustable waist with no option to wear a belt. These specifics.
Why are alterations extra?
Alterations are done by local independent Tailors and the pricing reflects their services directly. Tailoring is not required to be done at this location.
What do alterations cost?
Most guys average between $10-$50. Some guys may need more work and/or special order pieces that can add extra costs. Our goal is to be transparent throughout the process.
What should I gift the Groomsmen?
Not everyone appreciates a monogrammed flask or a keychain. We recommend something they will use going forward. Shoes, belts and socks are usable for the wedding and after.
What if my friend/ family member lives out of state or country?
We ship suits to every state in the country. They are required to get measured and submit their measurements on our website.
